The Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University, proudly congratulates Mr. Chaiyapat Nasombat, a sixth-year medical student at Khon Kaen University, on receiving the Patil Teaching Innovation Award 2026 – Honourable Mention for his work, “Embedding CPIRD DNA to Medical Students Through Student-Initiated Social Accountability Program.” The award was presented at The AMEE Conference 2026, held from 22–26 August 2026 in Vienna, Austria.
The Patil Teaching Innovation Award recognizes innovative approaches to teaching and learning, assessment, and curriculum planning. The award provides a platform for educational innovators to share ideas and approaches that can be applied in everyday health professions education.
This achievement highlights the potential of Khon Kaen University medical students to develop and present innovative approaches to health professions education on an international stage. It also reflects the importance of promoting social accountability and strengthening the Community-Based Medical Education and Community-Based Recruitment/Production of Doctors (CPIRD) identity through student-initiated activities and engagement.

นักศึกษาแพทย์ มข. คว้ารางวัล Patil Teaching Innovation Award ในงาน AMEE Conference 2026
คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ขอแสดงความยินดีแก่ นายชัยภัทร นาสมบัติ นักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 6 ในโอกาสได้รับรางวัล Patil Teaching Innovation Award 2026 – Honourable Mention จากการนำเสนอผลงานวิชาการในหัวข้อ “Embedding CPIRD DNA to Medical Students Through Student-Initiated Social Accountability Program” ในงานประชุม The AMEE Conference 2026 ซึ่งจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 22–26 สิงหาคม 2569 ณ กรุงเวียนนา ประเทศออสเตรีย
รางวัล Patil Teaching Innovation Award เป็นรางวัลที่มุ่งยกย่องผลงานที่มีความโดดเด่นด้านนวัตกรรมการเรียนการสอน การประเมินผล และการวางแผนหลักสูตร โดยเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เข้าร่วมการประชุมได้นำเสนอนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาที่สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการทำงานด้านการศึกษาวิชาชีพสุขภาพได้จริง
ความสำเร็จครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงศักยภาพของนักศึกษาแพทย์มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นในการพัฒนาและนำเสนอแนวคิดด้านการศึกษาวิชาชีพสุขภาพในระดับนานาชาติ ตลอดจนสะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นในการส่งเสริมแนวคิด Social Accountability และการสร้างอัตลักษณ์ของโครงการผลิตแพทย์เพื่อชุมชน (CPIRD) ผ่านการริเริ่มและการมีส่วนร่วมของนักศึกษา
