On May 12, 2026, the Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University warmly welcomed Professor Keisuke Ohta from the Advanced Imaging Research Center, Department of Anatomy, Kurume University School of Medicine, Japan, on the occasion of his visit under the Overseas Visiting Professor Program hosted by the Department of Anatomy. The program aims to strengthen international academic collaboration and promote the exchange of knowledge and research in medical sciences. Associate Professor Pattarapong Makarawate, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, presided over the welcoming ceremony.
Faculty members from the Department of Anatomy, led by Professor Jariya Amka Welbat, Head of the Department, joined the Dean in welcoming Professor Ohta and engaging in discussions on future directions for international academic cooperation. Both sides exchanged ideas on enhancing opportunities for faculty members, researchers, and students to participate in knowledge sharing and research collaboration, with the goal of strengthening academic capacity and expanding networks with leading institutions abroad.
The Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University, was honored to host Professor Keisuke Ohta as a Visiting Professor. During his visit, he shared his expertise through lectures and workshops entitled “The Essential Steps for the Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) Technique,” held on June 15–16, 2026. The program included lectures, hands-on training sessions, and academic discussions with faculty members, researchers, and students.
This visit reflects the Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University’s commitment to expanding partnerships with leading international institutions and fostering an academic environment that supports innovative research and medical advancements. Such efforts contribute to enhancing education and research standards and promoting sustainable internationalization.

คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มข. ต้อนรับ Professor Keisuke Ohta จาก Kurume University ประเทศญี่ปุ่น ภายใต้โครงการ Overseas Visiting Professor Program
เมื่อวันที่ 12 พฤษภาคม 2569 คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ให้การต้อนรับ Professor Keisuke Ohta จาก Advanced Imaging Research Center, Department of Anatomy, Kurume University School of Medicine ประเทศญี่ปุ่น ในโอกาสเดินทางมาเยือนคณะฯ ภายใต้โครงการ Overseas Visiting Professor Program ซึ่งจัดโดยสาขาวิชากายวิภาคศาสตร์ เพื่อส่งเสริมความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างประเทศและสนับสนุนการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และการวิจัยทางการแพทย์ โดยมีรองศาสตราจารย์ภัทรพงษ์ มกรเวส คณบดีคณะแพทยศาสตร์ เป็นประธานให้การต้อนรับ
ในการนี้ คณาจารย์จากสาขาวิชากายวิภาคศาสตร์ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ นำโดยศาสตราจารย์จริยา อำคา เวลบาท หัวหน้าสาขาวิชา เข้าร่วมให้การต้อนรับและหารือร่วมกับคณบดี โดยทั้งสองฝ่ายได้แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการพัฒนาความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างประเทศ รวมถึงการส่งเสริมโอกาสในการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และการวิจัยให้แก่คณาจารย์ นักวิจัย และนักศึกษา เพื่อยกระดับศักยภาพด้านวิชาการและการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือกับสถาบันชั้นนำในต่างประเทศ
คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ได้รับเกียรติจาก Professor Keisuke Ohta ในการเข้าร่วมเป็น Visiting Professor และถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ผ่านการบรรยายและการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการในหัวข้อ “The Essential Steps for the Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) Technique” ระหว่างวันที่ 15–16 มิถุนายน 2569 โดยกิจกรรมประกอบด้วยการบรรยาย การฝึกปฏิบัติ และการแลกเปลี่ยนทางวิชาการกับคณาจารย์ นักวิจัย และนักศึกษา
การเยือนในครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ในการขยายความร่วมมือกับสถาบันการศึกษาชั้นนำระดับนานาชาติ ตลอดจนส่งเสริมสภาพแวดล้อมทางวิชาการที่เอื้อต่อการสร้างสรรค์งานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมทางการแพทย์ เพื่อยกระดับการศึกษาและการวิจัยสู่มาตรฐานสากลอย่างยั่งยืน
