Khon Kaen University Interns Take a Major Step Toward Professionalism in International Relations

 

On March 6, 2025, the International Relations Office of the Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University (KKU) hosted a presentation on the cooperative education internship program, where students from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences shared their experiences and key lessons learned throughout their internship. The event was honored by Associate Professor Dr. Thuss Sanguansak, Associate Dean for International Relations and Corporate Communications, and Ms. Duangkamol Srisawasdi, Head of the International Relations Office, who provided valuable insights and feedback to the students.

The internship program, which ran from November 18, 2024, to March 7, 2025, welcomed participants from the Thai Language Program, including Mr. Patiwat Srisaard and Ms. Korakot Onjangreed, and from the Chinese Language Program under the Eastern Languages Department, including Ms. Ratchanikon Thatuwisai, Ms. Sumitta Buaphang, and Ms. Kotchakorn Onjangreed.

 

 

Bridging Academics and Practical Skills on a Global Stage

Throughout the internship, students engaged in real-world international relations work, developing crucial skills such as document translation between Thai, English, and Chinese, a key responsibility in facilitating international communication and information exchange.

Additionally, the interns had the opportunity to serve as event hosts and interpreters in Thai, English, and Chinese during high-profile activities, including: Welcoming international delegations, Organizing and facilitating cultural exchange programs, Providing interpretation services at academic conferences

 

Equipping Students for the Professional World

This hands-on experience was not just about refining language proficiency and cross-cultural communication skills. It also played a crucial role in enhancing teamwork, time management, problem-solving, and the ability to work under pressure—all essential attributes for thriving in today’s fast-paced global work environment.

The success of these cooperative education interns marks a pivotal step toward professional careers in international relations and global communication. ก้าวสำคัญของนักศึกษาสหกิจศึกษา สู่ความเป็นมืออาชีพด้านวิเทศสัมพันธ์

เมื่อวันที่ 6 มีนาคม 2568 งานวิเทศสัมพันธ์ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ได้จัดงาน นำเสนอผลการฝึกงานสหกิจศึกษา ของนักศึกษาจากคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ ซึ่งเป็นการสรุปประสบการณ์และบทเรียนที่ได้รับตลอดระยะเวลาการฝึกปฏิบัติงาน โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ธรรศ์ สงวนศักดิ์ รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิเทศสัมพันธ์และสื่อสารองค์กร และ นางดวงกมล ศรีสวัสดิ์ หัวหน้างานวิเทศสัมพันธ์ เป็นผู้รับฟังและให้ข้อเสนอแนะที่เป็นประโยชน์

โครงการฝึกงานสหกิจศึกษาในครั้งนี้ เริ่มต้นตั้งแต่วันที่ 18 พฤศจิกายน 2567 – 7 มีนาคม 2568 โดยมีนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาภาษาไทย ได้แก่ นายปฏิวัติ ศรีสอาด และนางสาวกรกฎ อ่อนจังหรีด และนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาภาษาตะวันออก (เอกภาษาจีน) ได้แก่ นางสาวรัชนีกร ธาตุวิสัย, นางสาวสุมิตตา บัวแพง และนางสาวกชกร อ่อนจังหรีด เข้าร่วมฝึกปฏิบัติงาน

 

พัฒนาทักษะสู่มาตรฐานสากล ด้วยการฝึกปฏิบัติจริง

ตลอดระยะเวลาการฝึกงาน นักศึกษาได้ฝึกทักษะที่สำคัญในงานด้านวิเทศสัมพันธ์ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น การแปลเอกสารระหว่างภาษาไทย-อังกฤษ-จีน ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในภารกิจสำคัญของงานวิเทศสัมพันธ์ในการสื่อสารและเผยแพร่ข้อมูลระดับนานาชาติ

นอกจากนี้ นักศึกษายังได้รับโอกาสทำหน้าที่ พิธีกรและล่ามแปลภาษา ไทย-อังกฤษ-จีน ในโอกาสสำคัญต่างๆ เช่น ต้อนรับคณะผู้แทนจากต่างประเทศ ดำเนินกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรมระดับนานาชาติ ร่วมเป็นล่ามแปลภาษาในการประชุมทางวิชาการ

 

เสริมสร้างศักยภาพการทำงานจริง พร้อมก้าวสู่โลกอาชีพ

ประสบการณ์ที่ได้รับจากการฝึกงานครั้งนี้ ไม่เพียงแต่ช่วยเสริมสร้างความสามารถทางภาษาและการสื่อสารข้ามวัฒนธรรม แต่ยังช่วยพัฒนาทักษะที่สำคัญในโลกการทำงานจริง เช่น การทำงานเป็นทีม การบริหารจัดการเวลา การแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และการทำงานภายใต้สถานการณ์ที่ท้าทาย

合作教育实习生迈向国际事务专业之路

3月6日，孔敬大学医学院国际事务办公室举办了合作教育实习生成果汇报会，来自人文与社会科学学院的实习生分享实习期间的经验和收获。本次会议荣幸邀请到副教授Thuss Sanguansak ，国际事务与企业传播副院长，以及Ms. Duangkamol Srisawasdi，国际事务办公室主任出席，并为学生提供宝贵的建议和反馈。

本次合作教育实习项目自2024年11月18日至2025年3月7日，参与实习的学生包括泰语专业Mr. Patiwat Srisaard 和Ms. Korakot Onjangreed，以及东亚语言学系中文专业 Ms. Ratchanikon Thatuwisai、Ms. Sumitta Buaphang、Ms. Kotchakorn Onjangreed。

 

提升技能，迈向国际标准，实践中锤炼能力

在整个实习期间，学生们得以锻炼国际事务领域的重要技能，包括泰语-英语-中文的文件翻译。这项任务是国际事务工作的重要组成部分，旨在促进国际传播与信息共享。

此外，学生们还有机会在重要场合担任主持人及泰-英-中三语口译员，例如接待外国代表团、主持国际文化交流活动，以及在学术会议中担任口译工作。

Khon Kaen University and MTEC NSTDA Forge Groundbreaking Medical Innovation Partnership

 

On March 7, 2025, Khon Kaen University’s Faculty of Medicine (KKU) and the National Metal and Materials Technology Center (MTEC), under the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), took a major step in revolutionizing Thailand’s medical innovation landscape. The two institutions signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to drive research and development of biomaterials and medical devices towards commercial production. The prestigious signing ceremony took place at Nong Waeng Meeting Room, 6th Floor, Integrated Learning Building, Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University, in the presence of distinguished figures from the fields of research, science, and medicine.

 

 

The agreement was signed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pattarapong Makarawate, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Toemsak Srikhirin, Director of MTEC NSTDA. This strategic collaboration marks a crucial milestone in transforming Thailand’s medical device industry, reducing reliance on imports, and strengthening the country’s competitiveness in the global healthcare market.

 

Pioneering the Future of Thailand’s Medical Device Industry

This collaboration serves as a catalyst for turning scientific knowledge into real-world applications. The Advanced Clinical Research Organization (ACRO) at Khon Kaen University has played a pivotal role in fostering clinical research and developing innovative medical technologies. ACRO has already led specialized training programs to empower Thai medical entrepreneurs and innovators, equipping them with the expertise needed to bring groundbreaking medical products to market.

Meanwhile, MTEC NSTDA has been instrumental in advancing biomaterial and metal technology to support Thailand’s medical industry. This partnership will facilitate the local production of high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective medical devices, reducing costs and elevating Thailand’s research capabilities to an international level.

 

Turning Agreements into Tangible Progress

Following the MOU signing, attendees toured ACRO’s state-of-the-art research facilities, which serve as a central hub for medical technology and innovation. The visit included hands-on demonstrations, expert-led discussions, and training sessions aimed at bridging the gap between research and commercial application.

This partnership between Khon Kaen University and MTEC NSTDA is more than just a formal agreement—it is the beginning of a transformative era in Thai healthcare innovation. By leveraging cutting-edge research, fostering cross-sector collaboration, and nurturing local talent, this initiative will fortify Thailand’s healthcare system and position the country as a global leader in biomaterials and medical device innovation.

มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น – เอ็มเทค สวทช. ผนึกกำลังพลิกโฉมนวัตกรรมการแพทย์ไทย

วันที่ 7 มีนาคม 2568 คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น (มข.) และศูนย์เทคโนโลยีโลหะและวัสดุแห่งชาติ (เอ็มเทค) ภายใต้สำนักงานพัฒนาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งชาติ (สวทช.) ได้สร้างปรากฏการณ์ครั้งสำคัญในวงการวิจัยและนวัตกรรมการแพทย์ของไทย ด้วยการลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ (MOU) ที่มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ชีววัสดุและอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ไปสู่การผลิตในเชิงพาณิชย์ พิธีอันทรงเกียรตินี้จัดขึ้น ณ ห้องประชุมหนองแวง ชั้น 6 อาคารเรียนรวม คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ท่ามกลางสักขีพยานจากแวดวงวิจัย วิทยาศาสตร์ และการแพทย์

ปักหมุดอนาคตใหม่ของอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องมือแพทย์ไทย

ความร่วมมือนี้ถือเป็นแรงขับเคลื่อนที่สำคัญให้เกิดการพัฒนาและต่อยอดองค์ความรู้สู่การใช้งานจริง สถานบริหารจัดการงานวิจัยคลินิก มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น (ACRO) ได้แสดงศักยภาพในฐานะแกนกลางของการวิจัยทางคลินิก ด้วยบทบาทสำคัญในการสนับสนุนนักวิจัยและพัฒนาเครื่องมือแพทย์ นำองค์ความรู้จากห้องทดลองไปสู่การผลิตที่ได้มาตรฐานสากล ซึ่งที่ผ่านมา ACRO ได้ดำเนินโครงการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพของนวัตกรไทยให้สามารถแข่งขันในเวทีนานาชาติ

ในขณะเดียวกัน เอ็มเทค สวทช. ได้แสดงให้เห็นถึงบทบาทสำคัญในด้านการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีวัสดุชีวภาพและโลหะ เพื่อสนับสนุนอุตสาหกรรมการแพทย์ไทย ซึ่งจะช่วยให้การผลิตเครื่องมือแพทย์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูงเกิดขึ้นภายในประเทศ ลดต้นทุน และเพิ่มขีดความสามารถของนักวิจัยไทยให้ก้าวสู่ระดับโลก

 

จากข้อตกลงสู่การเปลี่ยนแปลงที่จับต้องได้

ภายหลังพิธีลงนาม ผู้เข้าร่วมงานได้เยี่ยมชมสถานบริหารจัดการงานวิจัยคลินิก (ACRO) ซึ่งเป็นศูนย์กลางด้านนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีทางการแพทย์ มีการจัดกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ อบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ และพัฒนาทักษะของบุคลากรเพื่อผลักดันการวิจัยไปสู่การใช้งานจริง

การร่วมมือกันของมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นและเอ็มเทค สวทช. ครั้งนี้ เป็นมากกว่าการลงนามในเอกสาร แต่คือจุดเริ่มต้นของการปฏิวัติวงการการแพทย์ไทย เสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้กับระบบสาธารณสุข และปูทางให้ประเทศไทยก้าวขึ้นเป็นศูนย์กลางด้านนวัตกรรมชีววัสดุและอุปกรณ์การแพทย์ในระดับสากล

Japanese Medical Students Begin Exchange Program at Khon Kaen University, Strengthening Global Healthcare Collaboration

 

Khon Kaen University’s Faculty of Medicine has warmly welcomed a group of Japanese medical and radiologic technology students from four prestigious institutions: Aichi Medical University, Fujita Health University, Wakayama Medical University, and Gifu University. These students are set to engage in clinical training at Srinagarind Hospital between March 3 and March 28, 2025.

 

 

 

This exchange program offers practical training across multiple medical disciplines, providing students with hands-on experience under the mentorship of senior physicians and specialists. The program not only enhances clinical skills but also fosters cultural and academic exchanges between Japanese and Thai medical students.

Professor Harutoyo Hirano Visits Khon Kaen University to Strengthen Radiologic Technology Collaboration

 

Khon Kaen University’s Faculty of Medicine has extended a warm welcome to Professor Harutoyo Hirano, an esteemed expert in medical equipment engineering and radiologic technology from Fujita Health University, Japan. Professor Hirano is scheduled to visit the Faculty of Medicine from March 3 to March 7, 2025, marking a significant step in the advancement of academic collaboration between the two institutions.

 

 

Enhancing Radiologic Technology Cooperation

During his visit, Professor Hirano will deliver a special lecture titled “Best Practices in Research Management”, aimed at faculty members and third- and fourth-year students in the Radiologic Technology program. His insights and expertise are expected to provide valuable perspectives on advancing research methodologies and management in the field of radiologic sciences.

The collaboration between Fujita Health University and Khon Kaen University has flourished for over a decade, primarily focusing on medical student exchanges. This year, for the first time, the partnership expands to include student exchanges in radiologic technology, reflecting a growing commitment to broadening academic and research opportunities in allied health sciences.

In addition to his lecture, Professor Hirano will visit key medical units, including:

คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ให้การต้อนรับ ศาสตราจารย์ฮารุโตโยะ ฮิราโนะ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านวิศวกรรมอุปกรณ์การแพทย์และเทคโนโลยีรังสี จาก มหาวิทยาลัยฟูจิตะ (Fujita Health University) ประเทศญี่ปุ่น ซึ่งมีกำหนดเยือนคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มข. ระหว่างวันที่ 3-7 มีนาคม 2568​

การมาเยือนครั้งนี้นับเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการขยายความร่วมมือด้านรังสีเทคนิค โดย ศ.ฮิราโนะ จะบรรยายพิเศษในหัวข้อ “Best Practices in Research Management” ให้กับคณาจารย์และนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 และ 4 หลักสูตรรังสีเทคนิค ณ ภาควิชารังสีวิทยา คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มข.​

ความร่วมมือระหว่าง มหาวิทยาลัยฟูจิตะ และ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ดำเนินมากว่าทศวรรษ และในปีนี้ถือเป็นครั้งแรกที่มีการขยายโครงการแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษาไปยังสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีรังสี นอกเหนือจากนักศึกษาแพทย์​

นอกจากนี้ ศ.ฮิราโนะ ยังมีกำหนดการเยี่ยมชมหน่วยรังสีวินิจฉัย (Diagnostic Radiology), หน่วยรังสีรักษา (Radiation Therapy) และหน่วยเวชศาสตร์นิวเคลียร์ (Nuclear Medicine) รวมถึงร่วมประชุมหารือกับคณะแพทยศาสตร์เพื่อพัฒนาความร่วมมือด้านการแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษาและงานวิจัยในอนาคต​

MDKKU Expands Global Ophthalmology Collaboration at the Belt and Road Ophthalmic Alliance for Development in Shanghai, China

 

From February 28 to March 2, 2025, Associate Professor Thuss Sanguansak, Vice Dean for International Relations and Corporate Communication of the Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University (MDKKU), participated in the 1st Belt and Road Eye Health Forum, the Shanghai International Ophthalmology Forum, the 16th Shanghai Jiao Tong University Ophthalmology Forum, and the 5th International Forum on Thyroid Eye Disease at the Shanghai International Convention Center, China.

The prestigious event was hosted by Professor Fan XianQun, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Vice President of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Dean of the School of Medicine at Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. The forum brought together leading ophthalmologists and medical experts from around the world to exchange knowledge, innovations, and strategies for improving global eye health.

ระหว่างวันที่ 28 กุมภาพันธ์ ถึง 2 มีนาคม 2568 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร. ธรรศ สงวนศักดิ์ รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิเทศสัมพันธ์และสื่อสารองค์กร ได้รับเกียรติเป็นตัวแทน คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เข้าร่วมงานประชุม “ 1st Belt and road eye health forum & shanghai international ophthalmology forum ” ณ นครเซี่ยงไฮ้ สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน

โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันและการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ นวัตกรรม และประสบการณ์จากจักษุแพทย์และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านสุขภาพตาจากทั่วโลก ซึ่งจะเป็นการพัฒนาบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ในระดับนานาชาติ และยกระดับการรักษาประชาชนอย่างมีคุณภาพ

Third-Year Residents from Lithuania and Lao PDR Complete Elective Exchange Program at Khon Kaen University

 

The Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University, is committed to promoting continuous medical education by welcoming residents from the Republic of Lithuania and the Lao People’s Democratic Republic (Lao PDR) to participate in the Elective Exchange Program from February 3 to 28, 2025. This program provides an excellent opportunity to foster international medical collaboration.

 

 

For the Department of Surgery, the Faculty of Medicine welcomed Dr. Gabriele Pleiryte, a third-year neurology resident from Vilnius University, to participate in a clinical observation at the Neurosurgery Unit from February 4 to 27, 2025. During this period, Dr. Gabriele Pleiryte had the opportunity to observe and learn about medical practices in neurosurgery, including:

  1. Studying techniques and methods of neurosurgical procedures in various specialties, such as brain and spinal cord surgeries.
  2. Learning about postoperative care for neurosurgical patients.
  3. Participating in academic conferences and medical training sessions related to neurosurgery.
  4. Collaborating with the medical team in the Department of Neurosurgery to enhance knowledge and experience in patient care.

 

 

For the Department of Emergency Medicine, the Faculty of Medicine welcomed
Dr. Teenaphark Phanthavong, a third-year resident from the University of Health Sciences, Lao PDR, to participate in a clinical observation at the Emergency Medicine Unit from February 3 to 28, 2025. During this clinical observation, Dr. Teenaphark Phanthavong had the opportunity to learn about emergency medicine (EM) and emergency medical services (EMS) systems, focusing on key areas, including:

  1. Emergency patient care: Learning the processes of assessing and managing emergency patients from initial reception to primary treatment, including the use of life-saving equipment such as CPR and AED.
  2. Critical patient management: Studying methods for managing critically ill patients in various conditions, such as trauma, shock, and medical emergencies requiring urgent care.
  3. EMS training: Learning about teamwork between medical professionals, nurses, and EMS staff in the care of emergency patients from the scene to the hospital.
  4. Observing in the emergency medicine department: Attending internal department meetings, improving and refining processes in emergency medicine, and exchanging experiences and opinions on patient care through both theoretical and practical learning.

The welcoming of international residents in this exchange program strengthens international medical collaboration and provides a valuable opportunity for the exchange of knowledge and experiences between the Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University, and medical institutions in the Republic of Lithuania and the Lao PDR. Furthermore, the clinical observation and training in various specialties enhance the skills and expertise of the residents from both countries in patient care and effective medical service delivery.

การต้อนรับแพทย์ประจำบ้านจากต่างประเทศในครั้งนี้ ถือเป็นการเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือทางการแพทย์ในระดับนานาชาติ และเป็นโอกาสที่ดีในการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้และประสบการณ์ระหว่างคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น และสถาบันการศึกษาทางการแพทย์จากสาธารณรัฐลิทัวเนีย และสปป. ลาว ทั้งนี้การศึกษาดูงานและการฝึกอบรมในสาขาต่าง ๆ ยังเป็นการพัฒนาทักษะและความเชี่ยวชาญของแพทย์ประจำบ้าน
จากทั้งสองประเทศที่มาร่วมโครงการในด้านการดูแลผู้ป่วย และการให้บริการทางการแพทย์อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

The Rotary Foundation Donates Dialysis Machines to Srinagarind Hospital to Enhance Patient Care in the Northeastern Region

 

On February 24, 2025, Srinagarind Hospital, Khon Kaen University, had the honor of receiving a generous donation from The Rotary Foundation, Rotary Districts 2720 and 3350, along with the Rotary Club of Oita Capital in Japan and the Rotary Club of Srapathum in Thailand. This donation was made as part of the Awareness of Chronic Kidney Disease for Srinagarind Hospital, Khon Kaen Province, Global Grant: 2568800 of The Rotary Foundation project, aimed at enhancing the capacity to care for patients with chronic kidney disease
in the northeastern region of Thailand. The donation included two NIKKISO DBB-27C hemodialysis machines valued at over 1,152,600 baht.

 

 

The reception of the donors was held in a warm and welcoming atmosphere,
led by Professor Somsak Thiamkao, Director of Srinagarind Hospital; Associate Professor Thuss Sanguansak, Vice Dean for International Relations and Corporate Communications;
and Associate Professor Sirirat Anutrakulchai, Vice Dean for Research and Innovation.
They expressed their gratitude and congratulations for the collaboration with The Rotary Foundation, which has provided crucial medical equipment and promoted health education to the public.

In addition to the donation of hemodialysis machines, the donors also visited the Excellence Center for Kidney Disease at Srinagarind Hospital, where training sessions were held for nursing staff, and public education on chronic kidney disease was provided to the citizens
of Khon Kaen Province. The goal was to raise awareness and promote prevention of kidney disease at the community level.

This project reflects the commitment to advancing healthcare for patients with chronic kidney disease in the region, ensuring high-quality medical services that meet the needs of the local population. The donation of hemodialysis machines, coupled with the sharing of medical expertise, represents a crucial advancement in the care of chronic kidney disease patients. This initiative further underscores Srinagarind Hospital’s commitment to strengthening medical services, benefiting both the community and the healthcare profession.

เมื่อวันที่ 24 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 โรงพยาบาลศรีนครินทร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ได้รับเกียรติจากมูลนิธิโรตารี (The Rotary Foundation) สโมสรโรตารีภาค 2720 และ 3350 ร่วมกับสโมสรโรตารีโออิตะแคปปิตอล (Rotary Club of Oita Capital) จากประเทศญี่ปุ่น และสโมสรโรตารีสระปทุม จากประเทศไทย ในการดำเนินโครงการมอบเครื่องฟอกไต NIKKISO DBB-27C จำนวน 2 เครื่อง มูลค่ากว่า 1,152,600 บาท ภายใต้โครงการ Awareness of Chronic Kidney Disease for Srinagarind Hospital, Khon Kean Province, Global Grant: 2568800 of The Rotary Foundation เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคไตเรื้อรังในพื้นที่ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือของประเทศไทย

การต้อนรับจัดขึ้นอย่างอบอุ่น นำโดย ศาสตราจารย์สมศักดิ์ เทียมเก่า ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลศรีนครินทร์ รองศาสตราจารย์ธรรศ สงวนศักดิ์ รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิเทศสัมพันธ์และสื่อสารองค์กร และ รองศาสตราจารย์ศิริรัตน์ อนุตระกูลชัย รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและนวัตกรรม ซึ่งได้ร่วมแสดงความขอบคุณและแสดงความยินดีที่ได้รับความร่วมมือจากมูลนิธิโรตารี ทั้งในด้านการช่วยสนับสนุนเครื่องมือแพทย์ที่จำเป็นและการส่งเสริมความรู้ให้แก่ประชาชน

นอกจากนี้ คณะจากมูลนิธิโรตารีและสโมสรโรตารีจากไทยและญี่ปุ่น ได้เยี่ยมชมศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศทางการแพทย์โรคไต ของโรงพยาบาลศรีนครินทร์ ทั้งในส่วนของการให้บริการรักษา และจัดอบรมเจ้าหน้าที่พยาบาล รวมถึงการให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคไตเรื้อรังแก่ประชาชนในจังหวัดขอนแก่น เพื่อสร้างการตระหนักรู้และการป้องกันโรคไตในระดับชุมชน โครงการนี้สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความมุ่งมั่นในการพัฒนาและยกระดับการดูแลสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยโรคไตเรื้อรังในภูมิภาค เพื่อให้บริการทางการแพทย์ที่มีคุณภาพและสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของประชาชนในพื้นที่

การส่งมอบเครื่องฟอกไตในครั้งนี้ถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการส่งเสริมการดูแลรักษาผู้ป่วยโรคไตเรื้อรังอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และเป็นการยืนยันถึงความมุ่งมั่นของโรงพยาบาลศรีนครินทร์ในการพัฒนาศักยภาพการให้บริการทางการแพทย์ที่ดีที่สุดแก่ชุมชนและวงการแพทย์

扶轮基金会向诗那卡琳医院捐赠透析机，以加强泰国东北部地区的患者护理

          2025年2月24日，诗那卡琳医院（孔敬大学）荣幸获扶轮基金会（The Rotary Foundation）、扶轮社第2720和3350地区、日本大分首都扶轮社（Rotary Club of Oita Capital）及泰国沙叻巴吞扶轮社的支持，开展透析机捐赠项目。此次捐赠包括2台NIKKISO DBB-27C透析机，总价值1,152,600泰铢，项目名称为“Awareness of Chronic Kidney Disease for Srinagarind Hospital, Khon Kaen Province, Global Grant: 2568800 of The Rotary Foundation”。该项目旨在提升泰国东北部地区对慢性肾病患者的医疗照护能力。

欢迎仪式在温馨的氛围中举行，由诗那卡琳医院院长、宋萨克 提扬考教授 (Professor Somsak Thiamkao) ，诗那卡琳医院孔敬院长、唐萨 桑坤萨克副教授 (Associate Professor Thuss Sanguansak) ，以及研究与创新副院长、西里拉特 阿努塔拉昆查伊副教授 (Professor Sirirat Anutrakulchai) 共同主持。大家表达了对扶轮基金会的感激之情，感谢其在提供必要医疗设备以及向公众推广知识方面的支持与合作。

此外，来自泰国和日本的扶轮基金会及扶轮社成员参观了诗那卡琳医院的肾脏疾病医学卓越中心，了解了医院在提供治疗服务、培训护理人员以及向孔敬省民众普及慢性肾病知识方面的工作。该项目旨在提高公众对慢性肾病的认识，并推动在社区层面进行疾病预防。此项目反映出在提升泰国东北部地区慢性肾病患者医疗照护水平方面的坚定承诺，确保提供符合当地民众需求的高质量医疗服务。

此次透析机的捐赠标志着在有效促进慢性肾病患者护理方面迈出了重要的一步，也体现了诗那卡琳医院致力于为社区和医疗行业提供最佳医疗服务的承诺。

Japanese Nursing Students from Chiba University Visit Srinagarind Hospital for International Learning Exchange

 

The Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University, recently welcomed nursing students from Chiba University, Japan, for a two-day academic visit to Srinagarind Hospital from February 19 to 20, 2025. This immersive experience allowed the students to gain practical insights into Thailand’s healthcare system under the guidance of seasoned medical professionals.

During their visit, Ms. Matsuri Sakimoto, Ms. Sayo Itsuka, and Ms. Towa Kobayashi explored key healthcare units to broaden their understanding of nursing practices in Thailand. On their first day, they observed operations at the Primary Care Unit at Sam Liam, where they learned about community-based healthcare services, Thailand’s preventive healthcare model, and patient-centered care approaches. This exposure provided them with a deeper appreciation of Thailand’s public health strategies and grassroots medical outreach initiatives.

The second day of the program focused on maternal and neonatal care at the Maternity and Delivery Unit. The students had the opportunity to witness advanced medical technologies used in labor and delivery and gained firsthand experience in prenatal and postnatal care strategies adopted in Thai hospitals. This experience highlighted the comprehensive approach to maternal health practiced in Thailand, blending modern medical advancements with compassionate patient care.

This exchange program is part of the ongoing collaboration between Chiba University and Khon Kaen University, fostering knowledge-sharing, cross-cultural learning, and professional development among nursing students. By actively engaging in practical experiences, the students not only enhanced their medical expertise but also contributed to strengthening Japan-Thailand relations in healthcare education.

As the landscape of global healthcare continues to evolve, such international partnerships remain instrumental in shaping future medical leaders and reinforcing a shared commitment to elevating patient care on a global scale.

 

 

 

นักศึกษาพยาบาล Chiba University ศึกษาดูงานด้านการพยาบาล ณ โรงพยาบาลศรีนครินทร์

คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ให้การต้อนรับนักศึกษาพยาบาลจาก Chiba University ประเทศญี่ปุ่น ซึ่งเดินทางมาเพื่อศึกษาและเรียนรู้แนวปฏิบัติด้านการพยาบาลที่โรงพยาบาลศรีนครินทร์ ระหว่างวันที่ 19 – 20 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 โดยตลอดการศึกษาดูงาน นักศึกษาได้สัมผัสประสบการณ์ตรงจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญในหน่วยงานสำคัญของโรงพยาบาล

นักศึกษาพยาบาลทั้งสาม ได้แก่ Ms. Matsuri Sakimoto, Ms. Sayo Itsuka และ Ms. Towa Kobayashi ได้เข้าศึกษางานที่หน่วยบริการปฐมภูมิสามเหลี่ยม ซึ่งเป็นศูนย์บริการสุขภาพที่มุ่งเน้นการดูแลประชาชนในระดับปฐมภูมิ ภายใต้การดูแลของอาจารย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้แนวทางการให้บริการสาธารณสุขที่ครอบคลุมและเข้าถึงชุมชน ตลอดจนแนวคิดการพยาบาลที่สามารถนำไปปรับใช้ในบริบทของตนเอง พร้อมแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับระบบสาธารณสุขไทยกับบุคลากรในพื้นที่

การศึกษาดูงานยังขยายไปถึงหน่วยห้องคลอด ซึ่งเป็นศูนย์กลางในการดูแลสตรีมีครรภ์และทารกแรกเกิด นักศึกษาพยาบาลจากญี่ปุ่นได้เรียนรู้กระบวนการดูแลมารดาตั้งแต่ก่อนคลอดจนถึงหลังคลอด รวมถึงการใช้เทคโนโลยีทางการแพทย์ที่ทันสมัยในการช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วย ซึ่งเป็นประสบการณ์ที่เสริมสร้างความเข้าใจเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานการดูแลผู้ป่วยของไทย

การศึกษาดูงานครั้งนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของความร่วมมือระหว่าง Chiba University และมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ที่มุ่งเน้นการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ด้านการพยาบาลและพัฒนาบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ในระดับนานาชาติ ถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการสร้างเครือข่ายทางวิชาการ และเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือในการพัฒนางานด้านการพยาบาลร่วมกันในอนาคต
