KKU Faculty of Medicine Congratulates on Successful Completion of Double Ph.D. Program with Kumamoto University, Japan

 

The Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University, extends its sincere congratulations to Dr. Natnicha Puangpan on the successful completion of the Double Ph.D. Degree Program (DDP), a collaborative academic program between the Medical Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Program, Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University, and the Medical Sciences Program, Graduate School of Medical Sciences, Faculty of Medicine at Kumamoto University, Japan.

This program aims to enhance the capacity of graduate students by providing advanced knowledge, research experience, and international exposure through joint supervision, academic exchange, and collaborative research between the two institutions.

Dr. Natnicha Puangpan was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Medical Science from the Graduate School of Medical Sciences, Kumamoto University, Japan, on March 25, 2026. This achievement represents a successful outcome of the academic collaboration framework between the partner universities.

Her study and research were conducted under the joint supervision of:

  • Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kulthida Vaeteewoottacharn, Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University
  • Prof. Dr. Seiji Okada, Kumamoto University

Such joint supervision reflects an academic approach aligned with international standards and promotes knowledge exchange between faculty members and researchers from both institutions.

This accomplishment not only marks an important milestone for the graduate but also demonstrates the strength of academic collaboration between Khon Kaen University and Kumamoto University in developing high-quality human resources in medical sciences and advancing education and research to the international level.

คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น แสดงความยินดีกับผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาหลักสูตรปริญญาเอก 2 ปริญญา ภายใต้ความร่วมมือกับ Kumamoto University ประเทศญี่ปุ่น

คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ขอแสดงความยินดีกับ ดร. ณัฐณิชา พ่วงพันธ์ นักศึกษาในหลักสูตรปริญญาเอก 2 ปริญญา (Double Ph.D. Degree Program: DDP) ซึ่งเป็นความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างหลักสูตรชีวเคมีทางการแพทย์และชีววิทยาโมเลกุล คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น และหลักสูตร Medical Sciences, Graduate School of Medical Sciences, Faculty of Medicine แห่ง Kumamoto University ประเทศญี่ปุ่น

หลักสูตรดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาศักยภาพนักศึกษาในระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาให้มีความรู้ ความสามารถ และประสบการณ์วิจัยในระดับนานาชาติ ผ่านความร่วมมือด้านการเรียนการสอน การวิจัย และการกำกับดูแลวิทยานิพนธ์ร่วมกันระหว่างสองสถาบัน

โดย ดร. ณัฐณิชา พ่วงพันธ์ ได้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับ Doctor of Philosophy in Medical Science จาก Graduate School of Medical Sciences, Kumamoto University ประเทศญี่ปุ่น เมื่อวันที่ 25 มีนาคม 2569 ซึ่งนับเป็นผลสำเร็จของการดำเนินงานภายใต้กรอบความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างสองมหาวิทยาลัย

การศึกษาและการดำเนินงานวิจัยอยู่ภายใต้การดูแลของ

  • รศ. ดร. กุลธิดา เวทีวุฒาจารย์ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น
  • Prof. Dr. Seiji Okada จาก Kumamoto University

การกำกับดูแลร่วมกันดังกล่าวสะท้อนถึงรูปแบบการจัดการศึกษาที่มุ่งเน้นมาตรฐานสากล และการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ทางวิชาการระหว่างคณาจารย์และนักวิจัยจากทั้งสองสถาบัน

ความสำเร็จในครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงเป็นความสำเร็จของนักศึกษาเท่านั้น หากยังสะท้อนถึงความเข้มแข็งของความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่าง มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น และ Kumamoto University ในการร่วมกันพัฒนากำลังคนด้านวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ ตลอดจนการยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาและงานวิจัยสู่มาตรฐานสากล
