On November 5, 2025, the Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University (KKU) warmly welcomed a delegation from National Pingtung University (NPTU), Republic of China (Taiwan), led by:
- Professor Dr. Kevin Huang-Chou Chen, Dean, Office of International Affairs
- Professor Dr. Bruce Jong-Chin Huang, Dean, Student Affairs Division
- Professor Dr. Yao-Sheng Liao, Dean, College of Management
The delegation was received by Asst. Prof. Supawan Laohasiriwong, Assistant for International Relations and Corporate Communication, and Dr. Kan Komany, Chair of the Medical Illustration Program, along with faculty members of the program.
During the meeting, Dr. Kan Komany presented past collaborative activities between the Medical Illustration Program, Faculty of Medicine, KKU, and NPTU. The two sides also discussed potential future collaborations, including signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), student and staff exchanges, and other academic initiatives.
After the discussion, the NPTU delegation was given a tour of the Medical Illustration Program to observe curriculum management and instructional activities.
This visit marks another step toward strengthening the academic partnership between Khon Kaen University and National Pingtung University, paving the way for more opportunities in international education and cooperation.

เมื่อวันที่ 5 พฤศจิกายน 2568 คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ให้การต้อนรับคณะผู้บริหารจาก National Pingtung University (NPTU), สาธารณรัฐจีน (ไต้หวัน) ประกอบด้วย

โดยมี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์สุภวรรณ เลาหศิริวงศ์ ผู้ช่วยฝ่ายวิเทศสัมพันธ์และสื่อสารองค์กร และ ดร.แคน กอมณี ประธานกรรมการบริหารหลักสูตรสาขาวิชาเวชนิทัศน์ พร้อมด้วยคณาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร ให้การต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่น
ในการประชุมครั้งนี้ ดร.แคน กอมณี ได้กล่าวถึงกิจกรรมความร่วมมือที่เคยดำเนินร่วมกันระหว่างสาขาวิชาเวชนิทัศน์ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มข. กับ National Pingtung University ตลอดจนได้มีการหารือแนวทางความร่วมมือในอนาคต เช่น การทำบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ (MOU) การแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษาและบุคลากร รวมถึงกิจกรรมทางวิชาการอื่น ๆ ที่จะเป็นประโยชน์ร่วมกันในระยะยาว ภายหลังการประชุม คณะผู้บริหารจาก NPTU ได้เข้าเยี่ยมชมสาขาวิชาเวชนิทัศน์ เพื่อรับฟังการนำเสนอด้านการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตร และแนวทางการจัดการเรียนการสอนของคณะ
การเยือนในครั้งนี้ถือเป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญในการเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีและความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างทั้งสองมหาวิทยาลัย ซึ่งจะนำไปสู่โอกาสในการพัฒนาและแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ในระดับนานาชาติต่อไป
