The Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University, extends its congratulations to faculty members from the Biochemistry discipline on their appointment as Visiting Professors at Kumamoto University, Japan:
- Prof. Dr. Sopit Wongkham
- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kulthida Vaeteewoottacharn
The appointment is effective from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2028.
In this role, they will contribute to international academic and research activities, including supervising students in the Double Degree Program, presenting research in the Graduate School of Medical Sciences seminar series, and conducting international collaborative research.
This appointment reflects the academic excellence of the faculty members and highlights the strong collaboration between Khon Kaen University and Kumamoto University in advancing medical science education and research at the international level.

คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ขอแสดงความยินดีกับคณาจารย์สาขาวิชาชีวเคมี (Biochemistry) ในโอกาสได้รับการแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่ง Visiting Professors ณ Kumamoto University ประเทศญี่ปุ่น ได้แก่
- ศาสตราจารย์ ดร. โสพิศ วงศ์คำ
- รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร. กุลธิดา เวทีวุฒาจารย์
โดยการแต่งตั้งมีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 เมษายน 2569 ถึง 31 มีนาคม 2571
ภายใต้บทบาทดังกล่าว คณาจารย์จะร่วมดำเนินงานด้านวิชาการและการวิจัยในระดับนานาชาติ อาทิ การกำกับดูแลนักศึกษาในหลักสูตร Double Degree Program การนำเสนอผลงานวิจัยในเวที Graduate School of Medical Sciences seminar series ตลอดจนการดำเนินงานวิจัยร่วมระดับนานาชาติ
การได้รับการแต่งตั้งในครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงศักยภาพทางวิชาการของคณาจารย์ และความเข้มแข็งของความร่วมมือระหว่าง มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น และ Kumamoto University ในการพัฒนางานวิจัยและการศึกษาด้านวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ในระดับสากล
