The Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University invites faculty members, staff, researchers, and students of the Faculty of Medicine to participate in the “Capacity Development Training Program to Enhance Researchers’ Competencies for International Advancement,” which will be held from 8–11 December 2025.
This four-day program aims to strengthen research capacity through the application of artificial intelligence, equipping participants with skills that meet international research standards.
The event will feature two distinguished experts from Harvard Medical School, USA:
- Dr. Katharine Morley, MD, MPH
- Dr. Michael Morley, MD, MPH
Throughout the program, the speakers will deliver lectures and lead hands-on workshops on the following topics:
- 8 December 2025
How to Get International Funding (Grant Writing Workshop) – Strategies and practical skills for preparing competitive grant proposals.
- 9 December 2025
Meet Department 2025 – Brainstorming sessions and collaborative development of research proposals.
- 10 December 2025
AI and Big Data for Research – Utilizing AI-driven data and computational tools to strengthen research design and analysis.
- 11 December 2025
Concept of Manuscript Writing (Using AI) – Principles of scientific manuscript preparation and the effective use of AI tools for international publication.
The training will be held at Room 5102, 1st Floor, Wetwitchakharn Building, Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University. Participation is free of charge, and registration is open to all interested attendees.
