“Experiencing pediatric care in Japan gave me a new perspective on how healthcare systems can differ across countries. It was a meaningful opportunity to compare practices and deepen my understanding of patient care.”
The Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University (MDKKU), continues to reinforce its leadership in medical education in the ASEAN region by hosting an academic exchange program for students from partner institutions in Japan and Indonesia. The initiative emphasizes clinical experience sharing and the development of international medical collaboration networks.
On April 7, 2025, MDKKU welcomed seven medical students from partner institutions in Japan and Indonesia. The participants include Mr. Rintaro Tanaka and Mr. Shota Imaichi from Mie University; Miss Karen Kobayashi from University of Tsukuba Hospital; Mr. Raito Sugiura and Mr. Akinari Watabe from Fujita Health University; and Miss Elisa Rezkita Sitorus and Mr. Kevin Joshua P. Hutapea from Universitas Gadjah Mada.
During the visit, the students will gain hands-on experience in various specialized departments, including Surgery, Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics, Forensic Medicine, and Anesthesiology. This experience will allow them to learn diverse treatment approaches and work closely with expert medical faculty members.
In addition to hospital clinical rotations, the International Relations Office has organized a comprehensive orientation program. The program includes basic Thai language guidance for daily communication, as well as campus tours showcasing KKU’s innovations. These include the KKU Smart Transit system (shuttle bus), visits to the Arts and Culture Center and the Natural History Museum to learn about Isan culture, and access to the University Library and FITNESS KKU center to promote wellness throughout the exchange period.
This exchange program serves as a key driving force in advancing the “Go International” strategy of the Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University (MDKKU). It aims to foster knowledge exchange beyond textbooks and build meaningful friendships among medical students across borders. In the future, this initiative is expected to lead to sustainable medical cooperation among partner institutions worldwide.

คณะแพทย์ มข. เปิดบ้านรับ 7 ว่าที่หมอ “ญี่ปุ่น-อินโดฯ” แลกเปลี่ยนวิชาการ มุ่งเป้าโรงเรียนแพทย์ระดับโลก
คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เดินหน้าตอกย้ำความเป็นผู้นำด้านแพทยศาสตรศึกษาในภูมิภาคอาเซียน จัดกิจกรรมต้อนรับนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนจากสถาบันชั้นนำในประเทศญี่ปุ่นและอินโดนีเซีย เข้kศึกษาดูงาน (Elective Program) มุ่งเน้นการแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์การรักษา และสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางการแพทย์ในระดับสากล
เมื่อวันที่ 7 เมษายน 2569 คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ได้ให้การต้อนรับคณะนักศึกษาแพทย์จำนวน 7 ราย จากสถาบันการศึกษาพันธมิตร ได้แก่ Mr. Rintaro Tanaka และ Mr. Shota Imaichi (Mie University), Miss Karen Kobayashi (University of Tsukuba Hospital), Mr. Raito Sugiura และ Mr. Akinari Watabe (Fujita Health University) จากประเทศญี่ปุ่น พร้อมด้วย Miss Elisa Rezkita Sitorus และ Mr. Kevin Joshua P. สำหรับการเดินทางมาในครั้งนี้ นักศึกษาจะได้เปิดประสบการณ์ในหน่วยงานที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะทางหลากหลายสาขา อาทิ ศัลยศาสตร์, ออร์โธปิดิกส์, เวชศาสตร์ฉุกเฉิน, กุมารเวชศาสตร์, นิติเวชศาสตร์ และวิสัญญีวิทยา ซึ่งจะช่วยให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้แนวทางการรักษาในเคสที่หลากหลายและสัมผัสการทำงานร่วมกับคณาจารย์แพทย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญอย่างใกล้ชิด
นอกจากการฝึกปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลแล้ว งานวิเทศสัมพันธ์ยังได้จัดกิจกรรมปฐมนิเทศเชิงรุกเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมรอบด้าน โดยมีการสอนภาษาไทยเบื้องต้นเพื่อใช้สื่อสารในชีวิตประจำวัน พร้อมนำคณะนักศึกษาเยี่ยมชมทัศนียภาพและนวัตกรรมการใช้ชีวิตภายในรั้วมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการทดลองใช้ระบบขนส่งอัจฉริยะ KKU Smart Transit การเข้าชมหอศิลปวัฒนธรรมและพิพิธภัณฑ์ธรรมชาติวิทยาเพื่อเรียนรู้ศิลปวัฒนธรรมอีสาน รวมถึงการเข้าใช้บริการที่สำนักหอสมุด และศูนย์ปฏิบัติการออกกำลังกาย (FITNESS KKU) เพื่อเสริมสร้างสุขภาวะที่ดีตลอดระยะเวลาการมาแลกเปลี่ยน
กิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนในครั้งนี้ถือเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนยุทธศาสตร์ “Go International” ของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ที่มุ่งหวังให้เกิดการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ที่มากกว่าตำราเรียน แต่เป็นการสร้างเครือข่ายมิตรภาพไร้พรมแดนระหว่างว่าที่แพทย์รุ่นใหม่ ซึ่งจะนำไปสู่ความร่วมมือทางการแพทย์ที่ยั่งยืนระหว่างสถาบันพันธมิตรทั่วโลกในอนาคตต่อไป
孔敬大学医学院迎接7名来自日本和印度尼西亚的准医生 开展学术交流 争取成为世界一流医学院
孔敬大学医学院继续巩固其在东盟地区医学教育领域的领先地位，举办欢迎活动，迎接来自日本和印度尼西亚合作院校的交换生，来校参加临床选修项目（Elective Program）。该项目注重医疗经验交流，并致力于建立国际医学合作网络。
2026年4月7日，孔敬大学医学院热烈欢迎7名来自合作院校的医学生。他们分别是来自日本三重大学（Mie University）的Rintaro Tanaka先生和Shota Imaichi先生，来自日本筑波大学附属医院（University of Tsukuba Hospital）的Karen Kobayashi女士，来自日本藤田医科大学（Fujita Health University）的Raito Sugiura先生和Akinari Watabe先生，以及来自印度尼西亚加查马达大学（Universitas Gadjah Mada）的Elisa Rezkita Sitorus女士和Kevin Joshua P. Hutapea先生。
此次来访期间，学生将有机会在外科、骨科、急诊医学、儿科、法医学和麻醉学等多个专业科室获得实践经验。这将帮助他们学习处理多样化病例的治疗方法，并与专业医师和教师密切合作。
除了医院实习之外，国际关系办公室（International Relations Office）还组织了内容丰富的迎新活动，为学生做好全面准备。活动包括基础泰语课程，帮助学生进行日常交流，同时还带领学生参观校园，让学生体验孔敬大学的创新设施，包括KKU Smart Transit智慧交通系统、艺术与文化馆以及自然博物馆，以了解伊森地区的文化与艺术；此外，学生还将使用图书馆及Fitness KKU健身房，以促进其在交换期间的身心健康。
此次交换活动被视为孔敬大学医学院“走向国际（Go International）”战略的重要推动力量，旨在实现超越课本的知识交流，并建立新一代准医生之间跨越国界的友谊网络，进一步推动未来与全球合作院校开展可持续医学合作。

Dr. Krit Wongwises, a fourth-year orthopedic resident at Khon Kaen University, participated in a four-week academic exchange program at the Department of Orthopedic Surgery, Graduate School of Medical Sciences, Nagoya City University, Japan, from November 1 to 30, 2025.
The program was conducted under the supervision of Prof. Hideki Murakami, MD, PhD, Head of the Department of Orthopedic Surgery. During the exchange, Dr. Krit Wongwises gained valuable experience in advanced surgical techniques, modern orthopedic clinical practice management, and multidisciplinary collaboration within a leading Japanese medical institution.
This academic exchange aimed to provide exposure to real-world clinical treatment experiences and to facilitate professional exchange with faculty members and staff of the department. The experience is expected to contribute to the advancement of medical education, the improvement of healthcare service quality, and the overall development of the field of orthopedics.

แพทย์ประจำบ้าน มข. พัฒนาความเชี่ยวชาญด้านออร์โธปิดิกส์ผ่านโครงการแลกเปลี่ยนในญี่ปุ่น
นายแพทย์กฤช วงศ์วิเศษ สาขาวิชาออร์โธปิดิกส์ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ได้เข้าร่วมโครงการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ทางวิชาการ ณ Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Nagoya City University ประเทศญี่ปุ่น ระหว่างวันที่ 1-30 พฤศจิกายน 2568 รวมระยะเวลา 4 สัปดาห์
การเข้าร่วมโครงการในครั้งนี้อยู่ภายใต้การดูแลของ Prof. Hideki Murakami, MD, PhD ซึ่งเป็นหัวหน้าภาควิชาออร์โธปิดิกส์ โดยตลอดระยะเวลาโครงการ นายแพทย์ กฤชได้เรียนรู้เทคนิคการผ่าตัดขั้นสูง ขั้นตอนการทำงานและการทำงานร่วมกันแบบสหสาขาวิชาชีพ รวมถึงได้ทำความเข้าใจอย่างลึกซึ้งทั้งในด้านการจัดการของการปฏิบัติในด้านออร์โธปิดิกส์สมัยใหม่

孔敬大学住院医师赴日本交流提升骨科专业能力
孔敬大学医学院骨科住院医师 Dr. Krit Wongwises，于2025年11月1日至30日期间，赴日本名古屋市立大学（Nagoya City University）骨科开展了为期四周的学术交流项目。
此次交流由日本名古屋市立大学骨科知名专家 Hideki Murakami 教授指导。
在交流期间，Krit 医生深入学习了先进的手术技术、现代骨科临床实践管理，以及日本领先医疗机构内的多学科协作模式。
此次学术交流旨在学习真实世界的临床治疗经验，并与科室教职员工进行专业交流，以进一步加强孔敬大学医学院与名古屋市立大学之间的学术合作。
该项目预计将有助于未来提升教学质量、医疗服务水平以及骨科领域的整体发展水平。

“Gaining exposure to advanced procedures, including robotic-assisted surgery, has deepened my understanding of modern medical practice and reinforced my passion for continuous learning.”
Students from the Medical Illustration program, Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University—Miss Benjamas Mumsuk, Miss Uraiwan Kongtako, Miss Pokkaeo Youngphet, Miss Pantaree Wananit, and Miss Warattaya Thangyotwilai—participated in a cooperative education program at National Pingtung University in the Republic of China (Taiwan) from 23 November 2025 to 14 March 2026.
The program was partially supported by the International Relations Office under the “Let’s Go Exchange” initiative, offering valuable international academic and hands-on experience.
นักศึกษาสาขาวิชาเวชนิทัศน์คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ประกอบด้วย น.ส. เบญจมาศ มุมศุข น.ส. อุไรวรรณ คงตะโก น.ส. ป้อกแก้ว ยวงเพชร น.ส. ปัญฑารีย์ วะณานิชย์ และ น.ส. วรัทยา ตั้งยศวิไล ได้เข้าร่วมโครงการสหกิจศึกษา ณ National Pingtung University สาธารณรัฐจีน (ไต้หวัน) ระหว่างวันที่ 23 พฤศจิกายน 2568 ถึง 14 มีนาคม 2569 โดยได้รับการสนับสนุนทุนบางส่วนจากงานวิเทศสัมพันธ์ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ ภายใต้โครงการ “Let’s Go Exchange” ซึ่งเป็นโอกาสสำคัญในการเรียนรู้ทั้งด้านวิชาการและการฝึกปฏิบัติงานในระดับนานาชาติ

Khon Kaen University’s Faculty of Medicine continues to advance its Go International strategy through clinical exchange and elective training programs for resident physicians and medical students from partner institutions abroad. The programs are designed to promote academic learning, exchange of clinical experience, and the development of medical professionals in an international context.
Recently, Dr. Gabriele Šukytė, a fourth-year resident in Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine from Vilnius University, Lithuania, completed an eight-week elective at the Department of Anesthesiology, Srinagarind Hospital, from February 3 to March 26, 2026. During the placement, she learned about anesthetic care in a tertiary referral hospital setting, including the assessment and planning of anesthesia for patients with complex conditions and high clinical risk.
Dr. Gabriele said the elective clearly demonstrated the quality of teaching and clinical standards at Khon Kaen University’s Faculty of Medicine. She particularly appreciated the close supervision provided by experienced faculty members, which helped her understand both the academic principles and their application in real patient care in a structured way. She also noted the value of learning within a multidisciplinary team environment, where close collaboration among healthcare professionals plays an essential role in patient management.
In addition, the Faculty of Medicine hosted four fifth-year medical students from Aichi Medical University, Japan — Mr. Takasuke Ojio, Mr. Satoru Imai, Miss Yuri Iwashita, and Miss Kanon Okada — for clinical electives at Srinagarind Hospital from March 2 to 27, 2026. Their rotations included Emergency Medicine, Surgery, Orthopedics, and Obstetrics and Gynecology, allowing them to observe patient care in a range of specialties within a complex and diverse clinical setting.
The Japanese students said the elective broadened their understanding of Thailand’s healthcare system, where teamwork among physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals is closely integrated. They also gained insight into clinical decision-making in situations requiring knowledge, careful judgment, and patient-centered care, which they described as highly valuable for their future medical careers.
At the same time, Mr. Hiroto Okuda, a fifth-year medical student from Gifu University, Japan, completed a one-month elective at Srinagarind Hospital from March 2 to 27, 2026 in Pediatrics and the General Surgery Unit specializing in liver, gallbladder, and pancreas care. His learning focused on the management of specialized conditions and diseases commonly seen in the northeastern region of Thailand, as well as a holistic approach to patient care involving assessment, planning, and follow-up.
Mr. Hiroto said he was especially impressed by the quality of teaching, which emphasized learning from real patients and engaging in close discussion with faculty members. He said this approach deepened his understanding of tertiary care services and highlighted the commitment of healthcare professionals to delivering effective, individualized patient care. He added that the experience would be highly beneficial for his future studies and medical practice.
The participation of these international trainees reflects the strong academic potential of Khon Kaen University’s Faculty of Medicine as a regional and international center for medical education. It also serves as an important platform for institutional collaboration and knowledge exchange, contributing to the long-term development of global medical education partnerships.
นักศึกษาแพทย์และแพทย์ประจำบ้านต่างประเทศ สะท้อนศักยภาพการเรียนการสอนระดับสากล
คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ยังคงขับเคลื่อนยุทธศาสตร์การเป็นโรงเรียนแพทย์ระดับนานาชาติ หรือ Go International อย่างต่อเนื่อง ผ่านการจัดโครงการแลกเปลี่ยนและศึกษาดูงานทางคลินิกให้แก่แพทย์ประจำบ้านและนักศึกษาแพทย์จากสถาบันคู่ความร่วมมือในต่างประเทศ เพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาการ การแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ด้านการดูแลผู้ป่วย และการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ในระดับสากล
ล่าสุด Dr. Gabriele Šukyte แพทย์ประจำบ้านชั้นปีที่ 4 สาขาวิสัญญีวิทยาและอภิบาลผู้ป่วยวิกฤต จากมหาวิทยาลัยวิลนีอุส ประเทศลิทัวเนีย ซึ่งเข้าศึกษาดูงาน ณ สาขาวิชาวิสัญญีวิทยา โรงพยาบาลศรีนครินทร์ เป็นระยะเวลา 8 สัปดาห์ ระหว่างวันที่ 3 กุมภาพันธ์ – 26 มีนาคม 2569 โดยได้เรียนรู้แนวทางการดูแลผู้ป่วยทางวิสัญญีวิทยาในบริบทของโรงพยาบาลศูนย์ระดับตติยภูมิ รวมถึงกระบวนการประเมินและวางแผนการระงับความรู้สึกในผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะซับซ้อนและมีความเสี่ยงสูง
Dr. Gabriele กล่าวว่า การศึกษาดูงานครั้งนี้ทำให้เห็นถึงคุณภาพของการเรียนการสอนและมาตรฐานทางคลินิกของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นอย่างชัดเจน โดยเฉพาะแนวทางการเรียนรู้ภายใต้การดูแลของอาจารย์แพทย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ซึ่งช่วยให้เข้าใจทั้งหลักการทางวิชาการและการประยุกต์ใช้ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจริงได้อย่างเป็นระบบ นอกจากนี้ ยังได้เรียนรู้มุมมองการทำงานของทีมสหสาขาวิชาชีพที่มีความร่วมมือกันอย่างใกล้ชิด ซึ่งเป็นประสบการณ์ที่มีคุณค่าสำหรับการพัฒนาทักษะทางวิชาชีพต่อไปในอนาคต

นักศึกษาแพทย์จากมหาวิทยาลัยไอจิกล่าวว่า การศึกษาดูงานครั้งนี้ช่วยเปิดมุมมองต่อระบบการดูแลผู้ป่วยในประเทศไทย ซึ่งมีลักษณะการทำงานที่คล่องตัว และให้ความสำคัญกับการทำงานร่วมกันของทีมแพทย์ พยาบาล และบุคลากรสหสาขาวิชาชีพอย่างใกล้ชิด อีกทั้งยังเป็นโอกาสสำคัญในการเรียนรู้แนวทางการตัดสินใจทางคลินิกในสถานการณ์ที่ต้องอาศัยทั้งความรู้ ความรอบคอบ และความเข้าใจในผู้ป่วยอย่างรอบด้าน ซึ่งเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาทักษะทางการแพทย์และการเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การเป็นแพทย์ในอนาคต
ขณะเดียวกัน Mr. Hiroto Okuda นักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 5 จากมหาวิทยาลัยกิฟู ประเทศญี่ปุ่น ก็ได้เข้าศึกษาดูงาน ณ โรงพยาบาลศรีนครินทร์ ระหว่างวันที่ 2 – 27 มีนาคม 2569 ในสาขาวิชากุมารเวชศาสตร์ และหน่วยศัลยศาสตร์ทั่วไป ด้านตับ ถุงน้ำดี และตับอ่อน โดยได้เรียนรู้แนวทางการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคเฉพาะทางและโรคที่พบได้ในบริบทของภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ รวมถึงกระบวนการดูแลรักษาแบบองค์รวมที่เชื่อมโยงการประเมิน วางแผน และติดตามผลอย่างเป็นระบบ
Mr. Hiroto กล่าวว่า สิ่งที่ประทับใจคือคุณภาพของการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นการเรียนรู้จากผู้ป่วยจริงและการแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นกับอาจารย์แพทย์อย่างใกล้ชิด ทำให้เข้าใจระบบการดูแลผู้ป่วยในระดับโรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิได้ลึกซึ้งมากขึ้น อีกทั้งยังเห็นถึงความมุ่งมั่นของบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและคำนึงถึงความแตกต่างของผู้ป่วยแต่ละราย ซึ่งเป็นประสบการณ์ที่มีคุณค่ายิ่งต่อการนำไปต่อยอดในการศึกษาและการทำงานทางการแพทย์ในอนาคต
การศึกษาดูงานของแพทย์ประจำบ้านและนักศึกษาแพทย์จากต่างประเทศในครั้งนี้ สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงศักยภาพของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ในการเป็นศูนย์กลางการเรียนรู้ทางการแพทย์ระดับนานาชาติ และเป็นเวทีสำคัญสำหรับการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ระหว่างสถาบัน ซึ่งนอกจากจะช่วยยกระดับทักษะและมุมมองทางวิชาชีพของผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการแล้ว ยังเป็นการเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือทางวิชาการที่เข้มแข็งและยั่งยืนต่อไปในอนาคต
The Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University, extends its sincere congratulations to Dr. Natnicha Puangpan on the successful completion of the Double Ph.D. Degree Program (DDP), a collaborative academic program between the Medical Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Program, Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University, and the Medical Sciences Program, Graduate School of Medical Sciences, Faculty of Medicine at Kumamoto University, Japan.
This program aims to enhance the capacity of graduate students by providing advanced knowledge, research experience, and international exposure through joint supervision, academic exchange, and collaborative research between the two institutions.

คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ขอแสดงความยินดีกับ ดร. ณัฐณิชา พ่วงพันธ์ นักศึกษาในหลักสูตรปริญญาเอก 2 ปริญญา (Double Ph.D. Degree Program: DDP) ซึ่งเป็นความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างหลักสูตรชีวเคมีทางการแพทย์และชีววิทยาโมเลกุล คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น และหลักสูตร Medical Sciences, Graduate School of Medical Sciences, Faculty of Medicine แห่ง Kumamoto University ประเทศญี่ปุ่น
หลักสูตรดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาศักยภาพนักศึกษาในระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาให้มีความรู้ ความสามารถ และประสบการณ์วิจัยในระดับนานาชาติ ผ่านความร่วมมือด้านการเรียนการสอน การวิจัย และการกำกับดูแลวิทยานิพนธ์ร่วมกันระหว่างสองสถาบัน
โดย ดร. ณัฐณิชา พ่วงพันธ์ ได้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับ Doctor of Philosophy in Medical Science จาก Graduate School of Medical Sciences, Kumamoto University ประเทศญี่ปุ่น เมื่อวันที่ 25 มีนาคม 2569 ซึ่งนับเป็นผลสำเร็จของการดำเนินงานภายใต้กรอบความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างสองมหาวิทยาลัย
การศึกษาและการดำเนินงานวิจัยอยู่ภายใต้การดูแลของ
การกำกับดูแลร่วมกันดังกล่าวสะท้อนถึงรูปแบบการจัดการศึกษาที่มุ่งเน้นมาตรฐานสากล และการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ทางวิชาการระหว่างคณาจารย์และนักวิจัยจากทั้งสองสถาบัน

The Faculty of Medicine at Khon Kaen University is actively driving its “Internationalization Transformation” strategy by hosting Ms. Lily Lines, a graduate exchange student from the United States, for an intensive clinical observation program at Srinagarind Hospital. Running from March 9 to 20, 2026, this visit underscores the institution’s commitment to fostering international academic exchange and professional collaboration.
During her visit, Ms. Lines is gaining insight into specialized patient care systems, beginning with the Tawanchai Center. This center is renowned for its integrated, comprehensive care for patients with cleft lip, cleft palate, and craniofacial deformities. The program also includes clinical observation at Surgical Ward 3C, where she is learning about the management and complex care protocols required for surgical patients in a high-standard hospital environment.
The interest shown by a graduate-level student from the United States reflects the Faculty of Medicine’s growing reputation and its medical potential on the global stage. Beyond individual learning, this exchange serves as a vital platform for building international academic networks, which are expected to lead to sustainable collaborative research and medical innovation in the future.
คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มข. ต้อนรับนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนจากสหรัฐฯ รุกยุทธศาสตร์ “Internationalization Transformation” ศึกษาดูงาน ณ โรงพยาบาลศรีนครินทร์
คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เดินหน้าขับเคลื่อนยุทธศาสตร์ด้านการพัฒนาคณะสู่ความเป็นนานาชาติ (Internationalization Transformation) โดยล่าสุดได้ให้การต้อนรับ Ms. Lily Lines นักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาจากประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา เข้าศึกษาดูงานเจาะลึกระบบการทำงานและการดูแลผู้ป่วยเฉพาะทาง ณ โรงพยาบาลศรีนครินทร์ ระหว่างวันที่ 9 – 20 มีนาคม 2569
การศึกษาดูงานในครั้งนี้ออกแบบมาเพื่อให้ผู้ศึกษาดูงานได้สัมผัสประสบการณ์การทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมจริง ณ ศูนย์วิจัยผู้ป่วยปากแหว่งเพดานโหว่และความพิการแต่กำเนิดของศีรษะและใบหน้า (โครงการตะวันฉาย) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการดูแลรักษาผู้ป่วยปากแหว่งเพดานโหว่และความพิการแต่กำเนิดของศีรษะและใบหน้า ซึ่งเป็นหน่วยงานที่มีการบริหารจัดการและบูรณาการการรักษาอย่างครบวงจร นอกจากนี้ยังได้เข้าสังเกตการณ์การปฏิบัติงาน ณ หอผู้ป่วยศัลยกรรม 3ค เพื่อเรียนรู้ระบบการบริหารจัดการและการดูแลผู้ป่วยศัลยกรรมที่มีความซับซ้อนอย่างใกล้ชิด
การได้รับความสนใจจากนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาจากสหรัฐอเมริกาในครั้งนี้ ไม่เพียงแต่สะท้อนถึงมาตรฐานการรักษาและศักยภาพทางการแพทย์ของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ที่เป็นที่ยอมรับในระดับสากลเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นโอกาสสำคัญในการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ ซึ่งจะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาต่อยอดงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมทางการแพทย์ร่วมกันอย่างยั่งยืนในอนาคต
